Intro Post

I've had this acc for a while and never used it but I guess it's never too late to start! I'm s (or n, potentially), my pronouns are they/void. I don't really understand the obsession with retro stuff but I do understand the enshittification of the internet, so here I am. I've got a B.A. in English (graduated 2023). I tend to hyperfixate for about six months to a year before switching to something new - if I do end up posting anything fandom related here (likely), then it will be tagged appropriately.
Expect this post to change in the future.
Lasting overall interests: Final Fantasy (7, 15, and 16 so far), Legend of Zelda, BTS, Fullmetal Alchemist, writing
Current Interest: QSMP (q!teaduo and q!hideandseektrio), FF16, LoZ
Favorite Poems: Harlem Shadows by Claud McKay, Lines for Winter by Mark Strand, The Night Has A Thousand Eyes by Francis William Bourdillon, and Stars on a Night by Loureine Aber. My favorite poets right now are C. Dale Young and Hildegarde Flanner
If I end up posting here it's gonna be very few and far in between. Have some rambling about that (and also so I can figure out how cutting works here):
The biggest reason that I enjoy having a tumblr is bcuz you can just reblog things, you don't necessarily need to have your own thoughts. I'm not an artist, so aside from fanfic, there's not really much I could post about. Unfortunately this has been super detrimental over the past couple years, bcuz every now and then there's a death kell or a great panic or whatever it is that year and everyone is like you need to go to these few other sites for these reasons. The thing is just I never say I anything, I don't tend to post places. Sites like Dreamwidth and Pillowfort seem so serious in comparison to tumblr, which feels more like a mosh pit or a dumping ground. It feels like there are significantly lower stakes to posting there.
Now, I know it's not at all different. Truly, I should theoretically be able to post whatever I want here, the same way I would post on Tumblr (microblogging?). I'm just running into the problem of not having anything to say. As always, my biggest problem is having real people thoughts. But I will do my best, so please give me some patience!
That should be everything for now?
